WELCOME TO HOMESTEAD COTTAGE!

Family-run 200-year-old, newly-renovated, spacious self catering Holiday cottage in rural North-East Norfolk, combining modern amenities with period charm.

Can sleep up to 8 in three bedrooms, including a feature room with mezzanine sleeping platform.

Homestead Cottage is located in the hamlet of Lessingham, two miles from the coast of North-East Norfolk. We are only two miles from sandy beaches and 16 miles from Norwich.

Private courtyard garden for summer barbecues, cosy woodburning stove for winter warmth. Five minute walk to local pub good at any time of the year!



Homestead Cottage is part of what used to be a small farm. It was completely renovated in 2008 and now benefits from modern central heating, power showers, fully equipped kitchen and is decorated throughout to a high standard. The owners live on site in the main house.


GROUND FLOOR:

Porch entrance.

Spacious open plan living area with dining table, comfortable seating, TV, DVD player and inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove.

Kitchen with casual dining space, electric oven and halogen hob, dishwasher and fridge.

Bathroom with WC, washbasin and bath with power shower over.

Bedroom 3 can sleep up to four, with mezzanine sleeping platform and twin beds below.


FIRST FLOOR:

Bedroom 1 with double bed.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds.

Shower room with WC, washbasin and shower cubicle.


PARKING:

There is one designated parking space in front of the cottage, with more space on the road (for up to two extra cars).


HEATING:
Oil fired central heating with thermostat and on-demand hot water.


Homestead Cottage is non-smoking and we cannot accommodate pets.
