You find the hotels welcoming reception hall leads into a comfortable lounge, a bar with a terrace overlooking the 15th hole and a dining room with conservatory. For guests who wish for privacy there is also a meeting room and a private dining room available.

The spacious Deluxe rooms offer four-poster beds and separate bathrooms with bath and shower, the Executive rooms have a bath and shower and the Superior rooms with shower only.
Further accommodation is available within our three Norfolk Style Barns, located next to the Manor. These suites, family rooms and individual twins and doubles are all furnished to the same high standard.

The surroundings
The beautiful gardens include an ancient Mulberry tree dating back 400 years, arbours, ponds and secret sitting areas. In addition the south west facing terrace provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Norfolk sea air and watch the sun set over the Wash

Heacham Manor is situated between the lovely village of Heacham, renowned for its lavender fields, and the quintessential Victoria seaside town of Hunstanton. The location is perfect for enjoying to the outstanding beauty of the North Norfolk Coast with its charming unspoilt beaches, quaint villages and delightful restaurants.
The hotels situation also offers a plentiful supply of leisure activities in a quiet and beautiful part of the countryside, including golf on the estate as well as the excellent local courses, coastal walks, and bird watching at the two RSPB reserves nearby.

The golf
Heacham Manor hotel is the first golf hotel in the west of Norfolk and the Championship length 18 hole golf course has been designed to incorporate the natural features of the area of important landscape it lies within. With two rivers and 4 lakes to negotiate the course varies between links and parkland styles and affords views of the Wash.
In addition to this new 18 hole course our adjoining sister resort has a mature 9 hole course, with excellent driving range, putting green and clubhouse facilities. This makes Heacham Manor an ideal venue for golfing groups and societies. Our resident golf professional will be on hand to provide any necessary tuition with the latest video analysis equipment.

The Mulberry Restaurant, Hunstanton areas finest
If you love food and drink as much as we do, you'll be pleased to discover there's no better place to tantalise your taste buds than Heacham Manor's Mulberry Restaurant- one of the finest restaurants in Hunstanton. Booking recomended. Sunday Lunch 2 courses £13.95 , 3 courses £17.95 . The restaurant opens in the evenings 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
