Happisburgh Manor, a Grade II* Arts & Crafts country house, was originally built as a seaside villa with exceptional views to the coast and sea beyond. Head up the impressive tree lined and gravelled driveway to this ultimate coastal retreat and leave everyday life behind.

Underneath the glorious thatched roof, there are delightful bedrooms providing accommodation for up to 16 guests. Happisburgh Manor boasts a sauna, massage room, gym, chill out room furnished with beanbags, TV, Wii and Blu-ray DVD, games room with table football and pinball, study and a reading room. Downstairs there is a drawing room with an open fire and flagstone floor, family room, dining room with wood burning stove and a well equipped kitchen.

Within the beautiful grounds guests can wander through the rose garden and take in the sea air or make the most of our recently completed outdoor pool and hot tub – great fun for both children and adults!

The butterfly shape of the house means that all of the rooms are beautifully light and this is complemented by truly lovely furnishings and details. Beyond the house and gardens and just moments away, there are sandy beaches and if you travel just a little further, there are plenty of opportunities for walking, sailing, riding and you can also discover more delightful areas of the coastline, most of which is classified as an area of outstanding natural beauty. The fabulous Edwardian resort of Cromer is just 9 miles away and Wroxham, the centre of the Broads network, is even closer.
