Thornham fishing lake is situated in the heart of rural Norfolk and located within easy reach of the historic market towns of Thetford and Downham Market

Set in 7 acre grounds is a mature lake measuring just over an acre, it has been a local fishing haunt since the late 1960s and is now exclusively for the use of guests staying in the lodges.
We are not a highly commercialised site unlike many others, so you can be guaranteed a peaceful and quiet home from home experience

All our lodges offer outstanding views of the lake and a rich mix of plant and wildlife


The traditional log cabin style lodges which all enjoy lakeside views are spacious and each can sleep up to 4 people in comfort (with 1 double bed and 2 single beds).

The well established lake offers a good mix of coarse fish including Carp, tench, Bream and Perch amongst many others.
Located within 14 miles of Thetford taking a self catering lodge leaves you free to explore Norfolk, suffolk and Cambridgeshire or just sit back in one of our holiday homes providing a comfortable and idyllic time by the water for everyone
Prices: 7 day stay is £370 Saturday to Saturday all inclusive of electricity, gas, water and fishing (on production of a valid license)

Guests are asked to provide their own towels and bed linen (duvets and pillow cases are available)
