About Hungry Hill Nursery - Northrepps

Hungry Hill Nursery started as a small farm diversification project some 15 years ago and has since expanded into the growing business that it is today.

The Nursery, being in north east Norfolk, is in an area of outstanding natural beauty within half a mile of the sea, set in wonderful rolling coutryside near woods and with quiet lanes and footpaths in the vicinity. It is part of a 300 acre arable farm and the whole business is run by Jeremy Youngman whose grandfather first came to farm in Northrepps in 1930.

It is renowned for the quality and variety of the plants for sale throughout the year. We do hanging baskets and planters to order. Summer plants for sale include many different types of bedding, geraniums, pelargoniums, fuschias, patio plants, herbs and tomato and vegetable plants.

There is a very large selection of herbaceous plants as well as shrubs and trees etc.

Behind the Nursery we have Ample Parking for our visitors. Towards the woods is a Picnic Area and Meadow Walk where visitors are able to meet Max and Annabel our two black highland cattle which we keep as pets.

Cycle Hire and Refreshments and also available.

You will find that a warm welcome awaits you when you visit our Nursery with attentive and knowledgeable staff on hand to help and advise you.

During the late summer months we have a large selection of perennials, shrubs and trees on sale and by the end of September/early October there will be pansies, primroses, wallflowers and cyclamen available.

You are welcome to park your car here and walk or cycle to the coast or take the lanes inland. In our refreshment area there are teas, coffee, cold drinks and home made cakes. We look forward to seeing you at Hungry Hill Nursery.
