About Sheringham Cottages

Sheringham Cottages is a family run and owned business, letting holiday homes in Sheringham since 1994. We live less than 10 minutes from all our cottages in Sheringham and provide a service second to none. We will be available at all times, 7 days a week throughout your holiday.

Our properties are all within 200 meters of the BLUE FLAG LIFEGUARDED BEACH and town centre with its shops, Theatre and family pubs.

We can help with any aspect of your stay from a problem with a cottage to suggestions of where to eat or what to do. We will also collect you from Sheringham Train & Bus stations all free of charge. This is a service we believe only a local family business can provide.

All our cosy and comfortable homes have been refurbished and include central heating, double glazing, TV & video or DVD plus off road parking. We accept small/medium sized dogs in some houses.

AUGUSTA ETC 4 STAR - PART TIME WHEELCHAIR USER AWARD sleeps 6 adults + 1 child. Augusta has off road parking, a lounge with widescreen tv, NEW very well-equipped kitchen inc: dish washer, washing machine, drier and microwave. Large dining area with flat screen TV and patio doors to decking and rear garden. Bathroom with power shower over bath, separate WET ROOM SHOWER & wc, GROUND FLOOR bedroom with 5ft king size bed.

On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms - 1 family room with double bed and child bed plus en suite shower room, 1 twin room with en suite shower, separate wc. Private lawned rear garden with decking & patio funiture. NOW with Freeview TV in all rooms and FREE WIFI

BENNETT ETC 4 STAR sleeps 8 has off-road parking, a large lounge, dining room, NEW fully-equipped kitchen inc: dish washer, washing machine, drier and microwave, shower room & wc. On the 1st floor 4 bedrooms - 2 doubles, 1 double is 6ft and can be split into two 3ft singles, 1 twin, 1 with adult bunks, bathroom with power shower, Freeview TV in most rooms. Front and rear gardens with patio funiture. NOW with WIFI

RAMEY HOUSE ETC 4 STAR sleeps up to 8 or 12 has off road parking for 3 cars, very large lounge/dining with patio doors to rear garden, second lounge, fully fitted kitchen inc: dish washer, Breakfast Bar and microwave, shower room & wc with utility area containing washing machine & tumble drier. On the 1st floor 4 bedrooms - 3 doubles, 1 double is 6ft and can be split into two 3ft singles, 1 twin, bathroom with bath & separate shower. FORESTERS ETC 4 STAR + ASSISTED WHEELCHAIR USER AWARD + HEARING/VISION LEVEL 1 AWARDS
Sleeps 4 + 2 is a 2-bedroom GROUND FLOOR apartment, it is also suitable for those who use wheelchairs, find stairs difficult or have limited mobility. There is a large lounge with inbuilt hearing loop, kitchen diner with patio doors to rear patio garden, washing machine, drier,dishwasher and microwave, Bathroom -Bath with shower over, separate walk in shower and emergency call alarm, large double bedroom and superb family bedroom with double bed, adult bunks and emergency call alarm. BENNETT, DUNCAN, FORESTERS and AUGUSTA can be combined for LARGER GROUPS of up to 22 adults and 6 children, child only bunk beds in Duncan, Augusta & Foresters.
