You can find Woodlands Leisure in the village of Upper Sherringham which nestles on the surprisingly undulating coastline of North Norfolk.

At Woodlands Leisure we have fitness, swimming and beauty therapy available.

Our fully qualified therapist is available for for facials, pedicure, St Tropez tanning and a whole range of other treatments which will help you to relax and feel beautiful.

Swimming Pool

At Woodlands we offer a spacious 25m x 10m swimming pool supervised by a fully qualified lifeguard. It has a shallow end of 1m and the deep end is 2m in depth. The pool has a safety ledge around the deep end and large steps for easy entry.

The pools are heated to a temperature of 30 degrees.

Ideal For Children
We also have a 3m x 10m children’s pool with children’s toys, woggles and floats available for use.

Complimentary Spa and Sauna Use
Complimentary use of our 2-level sauna, nine seated steam room and 12 seated spa bath is included in the cost of your swim.

Other Activities at the Pool
The pool is also used for aqua-aerobics and individual swimming lessons.

For Visitors
There are seating areas around the pool for viewing. Hot and cold drinks are available to purchase

Gym Facilities

The gym at Woodlands prides itself on its high retention of users. Great emphasis is placed upon designing tailor made exercise programmes to help you achieve your goals and targets.

The Beauty Room

We have now opened a stylish and modern beauty treatment room for our members and non-members.

The Beauty Room is a great place to relax and be pampered by our beautician Holly.
