There is something a little special about the region of North Norfolk and its unique coastline and countryside that makes for an interesting British holiday. North Norfolk is accessible from the South East and London by the M11, A11, A12 and the A14 and from the Midlands and North by the A14, A11 and A47 being the main principal routes into the area. There are mainline train and coach service that run regular services to the main towns of North Norfolk, with connecting services to most other places in the county. There is a bus services that runs along the coast road from Cromer to Hunstanton, called the Coast Hopper; which allows you to explore North Norfolk coastal area at your own leisurely pace. However, the region is slightly isolated and it is advisable to explore what the region has to offer with your own transport.

North Norfolk has a variety of things to do whilst holidaying in the area; from family day’s out looking at the Steam and traditional Fairground Rides at the Thursford Collection or investigating the largest private collection of Military vehicles at the Muckleburgh Military Museum, visiting the Queen’s country house at Sandringham or wandering through the gardens at Holkham Hall, taking a boat trip to see the seals at Blakeney Point or spending an afternoon riding the Poppy line on a steam train to see the Norfolk countryside to just building sandcastles and enjoying the seaside at one of the Blue Flag beaches along the North Norfolk coast. North Norfolk attractions can cater for all ages and there are various outdoor activities available for the more adventurous.

North Norfolk is well known for its exceptional nature reserves for any budding bird watchers and the North Norfolk Heritage Coast Path is great for cycling (with local bicycle hire available), and walking to take in the beauty of the coastline. There are also horse riding facilities that provide horse trekking excursions as an alternative way of seeing the North Norfolk countryside.
